Relief Retail Security Officer

Pay rate: £14.05

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service whilst creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

It is preferable that you hold a current SIA licence or SIA certificates; in some circumstances training for a licence can be provided.

It is vital that you have a full 5‑year checkable employment/education history. Failure to do so could mean the offer is withdrawn or employment terminated.

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service
• Deterrence of violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to reduce crime and stock loss
• Liaise with store management teams
• Liaise with Police and crime partnerships to support crime reduction in store
• Wear body‑worn CCTV to increase safety for colleagues and customers
