• Maintain cleanliness and store standards through daily housekeeping tasks, tidying shelves, maintaining fitting rooms, and ensuring overall cleanliness.

• Build strong connections with customers, engaging to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
• Represent the Mountain Warehouse brand with enthusiasm and professionalism, creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for all.

• Work with the team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to a high‑performing and motivated workplace.
