Customer AdvisorHourly rate: £12.40 up to £14.13 (selected London locations). Increase after 6 months.

AboutThe Role
You will work onsite and report to the Assistant or Store Manager. Your duties may include working the tills, advising customers, or assisting in the back shop. You will also:
- Help customers and put them at ease – listening to understand their needs, answering questions, giving great advice on products, recommending items they hadn’t considered, and offering a basket.
- Learn and promote our in-store offers and schemes, providing customers with the full range of information.
- Help the store run smoothly – ensuring the right products are displayed on the shop floor, providing excellent till service, and supporting stock in the stock rooms.
- Collaborate with team members to create a great shopping experience, ensuring the store is always clean and presentable.
- Receive award‑winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

- Communicate and listen effectively.
- Enjoy working as part of a team and promoting a collaborative dynamic.
- Know that the little things make the biggest difference for customer interactions.
- Desire to be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help our customers find the best products for them.
