Sales Executive

Location: Edinburgh, Scotland

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 40 hours, 5 days per week; weekend working required.

Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40‑50,000 OTE uncapped)

• Meet, greet and build rapport with customers arriving at the store
• Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate customer needs
• Complete face‑to‑face quotes on selected vehicles
• Upsell relevant products and finance where appropriate
• Complete the handover process ensuring high customer satisfaction
• Coordinate with other departments to provide outstanding service and manage expectations

• A full UK driving licence
• Proven track record in sales or excellent customer service
• Experience in a sales environment or working to targets (beneficial)
• Experience selling financial products (training provided)
• Strong rapport‑building skills
• Flexibility to work weekends
