Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Sales Development Representative (Polish)
Location: City of Edinburgh

Spectinga is a fast‑growing, venture‑backed online marketplace for used heavy machinery.

Machinery trading hasn’t changed in decades — it’s slow, offline, and full of friction. We’re changing that. Spectinga makes it easy, fast, and profitable for equipment owners and dealers to sell their machines, while giving buyers access to a trusted, curated inventory of exclusive, quality‑assured equipment.

We’re headquartered in Edinburgh and backed by leading investors from the UK and US.

Opportunity

We’re looking for a committed Polish‑speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team here in Edinburgh. This proactive outbound sales role has a strong international focus, so professional proficiency in Polish and English is essential. You’ll work directly with the founders as we expand into Europe.

This isn’t your typical SaaS SDR job. You’ll be helping customers buy and sell high‑value machinery — tractors, diggers, telehandlers — across borders. These are major business decisions, and trust is everything. That means fast responses, clear communication, and integrity in every interaction.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect new buyers and sellers through cold calls, emails, Whats App, and social outreach.
  • Meet lead generation and qualification targets.
  • Research prospects and deliver personalised outreach at scale.
  • Build trust with buyers and sellers through responsiveness and honesty.
  • Support the wider sales process as needed – we’re a small, hands‑on team.
  • Assist with operations and customer education in Polish.
Your Attributes
  • Bilingual or professional proficiency in English and Polish (written and spoken)
  • Strong organisational skills; able to manage multiple tasks and leads effectively.
  • Integrity — our customers need to know they can rely on you.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and resilient in handling rejection professionally.
  • A collaborative team player with a self‑starter mindset and commercial curiosity.
What You’ll Get
  • Direct collaboration with the founders and real influence on our growth.
  • Clear career path into sales leadership, account management, or international operations.
  • Generous commission scheme on top of base salary.
  • Pension contribution.
  • Weekly team lunch every Friday and consistently great coffee.
