Location: Edinburgh, UK
Pay: £13.68 per hour + Performance linked annual bonus
Hours: 12-hour shifts, 42 hours per week (4 on / 4 off), Day and Night shifts

• Develop and execute effective security plans, identify risks, and coordinate resources to maintain a safe operation.
• Demonstrate professionalism, integrity, and strong work ethic, setting a high standard for the team.
• Co‑train and support staff, encouraging a proactive team environment with high security standards.
• Maintain vigilance, report incidents, and prevent disruptions.

• Valid SIA licence and security experience.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Leadership experience and familiarity with MS Office.
• Right to work in the UK with a 5‑year checkable history.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
