A leading youth homelessness charity in the UK is seeking a Project Worker to support young people aged 16-25 in avoiding and overcoming homelessness. The role involves providing emotional and practical support, helping young people improve their independent living skills, and coordinating services related to their needs. Candidates should be experienced in youth work and capable of managing support plans.
The position is 28 hours per week on a fixed term contract until 31st March 2026, with a salary range of £25,295.92 to £28,487.30 per annum.
