We’re seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Engineer to help drive the development of our data‑driven, cloud‑native digital platform. You’ll work across our stack—Type Script, React, Python, and AI‑powered backend services—to build reliable, scalable features that shape the future of legal technology.

You’ll work closely with product, design, and platform engineering teams, contributing to high‑impact projects and system‑level improvements.

• Build and evolve distributed, API‑first SaaS applications using Type Script, React, and Python.
• Design performant, reliable web applications and backend services that integrate with AI tools and models.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver end‑to‑end features, ensuring strong security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to architectural discussions involving microservices, multi‑tenant systems, and cloud deployments.
• Implement engineering best practices: code quality, testing, CI/CD, observability, and automation.
• Work hands‑on across the stack—no line management or people leadership responsibilities.
• Strong Type Script experience across frontend and backend.
• Python for backend data services, automation, AI tooling, and integration with LLM‑based features.
• Experience with distributed systems or cloud‑native architectures (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with React for front‑end development.
• Understanding of modern CI/CD, containerisation, and observability.
• Exposure to AI/ML tooling, vector databases, embeddings, RAG workflows, or LLM integration is a plus.

• ~5+ years in software engineering with solid full‑stack experience.
• Comfortable owning technical work end‑to‑end without needing to manage others.
• Strong understanding of system performance, scalability, and modern cloud practices.
• Capable of making pragmatic engineering decisions and communicating trade‑offs.
• Passionate about building elegant, high‑impact software and experimenting with new AI technologies.
