Club Operations & Development Manager – The University of Edinburgh

Full Time: 35 hours, Permanent Contract.

Grade UE06: £34,610 – £39,906 per annum.

Role Overview

As Club Operations & Development Manager, you will lead the growth and effective management of all EUSU student sport clubs, ensuring they are safe, sustainable, inclusive, and consistently delivering an outstanding student sport experience. You will empower student leaders, strengthen governance, streamline operational processes, and drive long‑term development to expand the reach of EUSU. Working closely with coaches, University partners, and National Governing Bodies, you will help build the resources and expertise that underpin club success.

You will also provide line management to key staff including two Sport Participation Activators and the University Tennis Coordinator, ensuring all activity aligns with health, safety, insurance, and compliance standards.
