We are currently recruiting for a Spa Therapist on a casual basis at Norton House Hotel & Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels.

Norton House Hotel & Spa, located in Edinburgh, is a Georgian country house hotel that blends historic charm with modern comforts. It is a renowned wedding and meeting venue just 5 minutes from Edinburgh Airport and 20 minutes from the city centre.

• Support team success and consistently deliver exceptional service, putting the guest at the heart of all activities.
• Deliver outstanding spa treatments and develop knowledge to provide positive recommendations.
• Maintain high standards of mindfulness and well‑being, ensuring clients leave feeling rejuvenated and clear‑minded.
• Enjoy being part of the Hand Picked Team and bring inspiration and fun to the role.

• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist, preferably in a luxury 4/5‑star hotel spa.
• Current UK beauty therapy level 3 qualifications or relevant massage qualifications.
• Driven to deliver outstanding customer service and motivated by passion.
• Excellent rapport‑building with guests, creating memorable moments.
• High emotional intelligence to anticipate guests’ needs and provide the Hand Picked experience.
• Professional, organized and friendly approach, always anticipating guests’ needs.

• A competitive salary of £14.00 per hour.
