HGV Class 2 - Temp to perm

Siamo Group is looking for experienced Class 2 drivers for a client of ours based in Measham Measham Temp to Perm Start ASAP Monday to Friday - No weekends Pay rates: £15.60 ph PAYE only Rising to £38,600 after 12 weeks Shift Patterns: 0600am start Monday to Friday Shifts available Class 2 Driver job role will include:
This job entails deliveries and collections of our products/services to and from our customers varied locations and our branches Making sure all parts of Health and Safety are adhered to, including that your vehicle is loaded securely, all product is handled correctly, and that we meet road transport/traffic legislation standards with any required checks carried out to the appropriate timings. Providing first class customer service when delivering to our customer base to ensure that they receive aprofessional, timely and courteous delivery experience.

Role Accountabilities:
Delivering a wide variety of items to different addresses, differing delivery points, and via different routes Ensuring all aspects of Health and Safety are adhered to, carrying out a daily check on the vehicle,equipment and load for which you have responsibility and reporting any defects. Offering excellent Customer Service at all times to ensure that our customers receive a great delivery experience Use of any of the IT equipment provided and ensuring the completion of all delivery and collection paperwork/systems accurately and promptly Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers

Working well within the transport team, including relating to the driving team and the transport administration Maintaining a good driving record by always driving the vehicle safely and professionally in accordance with the law including working hours rules Maintaining vehicle cleanliness inside and out to present the proper image Class 2 Driver requirements and skills:
You MUST be in possession of a HGV Class 2 license, a valid Driver CPC and DIGI Cards Must have 1 year check-able Class 2 driving work history. No more than 3 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no BA/CD/CU/DR/DD/IN offences please) Strong work ethic, reliable, flexible, enthusiastic, and resilient - are welcomed attributes in this role.
