MUST Have an Npors or equivalent (cant accept online tickets on this site)

MUST HAVE CSCS and Traffic Marshal or Vehicle Banksman ticket (see above)

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and vigilant Traffic Marshall to oversee and manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians in designated areas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety and efficiency while communicating effectively with drivers and pedestrians. This role is crucial in maintaining order during events or at construction sites, contributing to a secure environment for all.

Duties

* Maintain a clear understanding of traffic regulations and site-specific protocols.

* Manage the movement of vehicles, ensuring that all traffic is directed safely and efficiently.

* Drive vehicles as necessary to assist in the management of traffic flow.

* Communicate clearly with drivers, pedestrians, and other team members to provide instructions and guidance.

* Monitor the site for any potential hazards or issues that may affect safety.

* Report any incidents or accidents promptly to the appropriate authorities.

* Assist with setting up signage and barriers as required to ensure safe navigation through the area.

Requirements

* Previous experience in a similar role is NEEDED

* CSCS & TM card required.

* Strong communication skills, with the ability to convey instructions clearly and effectively.

* Capability to maintain focus and remain alert during long periods of standing or walking.

* Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while adhering to safety protocols.

* A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and managing unexpected situations effectively.
