Job Title: Mixed-Use Construction Superintendent
Location: Calgary (4-month project) → Edmonton (Full-Time)

About the Role: We’re seeking a seasoned Construction Superintendent to lead the delivery of a mixed-use development project in Calgary over the next four months. Upon successfulpletion, this role transitions into a full-time position in Edmonton, where you’ll continue to overseemercial and residential construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily site operations and ensure work ispleted safely, on time, and to spec.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trades.

Maintain site documentation, including daily reports, safety logs, and progress tracking.

Liaise with project managers, consultants, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.

Enforce health and safety protocols and ensurepliance with local building codes.

Manage site logistics, inspections, and quality control.

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience as a Superintendent inmercial or mixed-use construction.

Proven ability to manageplex, multi-phase projects.

Strong leadership andmunication skills.

Knowledge of Alberta Building Code and construction safety standards.

Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, or similar).

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between Calgary and Edmonton as needed.
