The Role
We are currently seeking a Transportation Construction/Site Supervisor to join our Alberta based public infrastructure team for full time term positions for construction supervision and contract administration of road and highway projects. The construction supervisor provides construction supervision / administration leadership and expertise on highway grading, base, and paving projects, ensuring that the project meets design intent, as well as meeting schedule and cost objectives.
Direct contract administration experience with Transportation and Economic Corridors and rural municipality projects is required having completed projects valued from $5,000,000 to over $20,000,000.
The ideal candidate has transportation construction experience and strong skills in managing a diverse group of project participants (client, contractors, materials and survey staff, and stakeholders). To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
