fairly flexible scheduleRequirements:Must be responsible, courteous, positive attitude, detail-oriented, honest, and friendlyMust work well with others and be a team playerWill be accountable for supplies, residence keys, files, and other personal informationMust be able to lift and carry 15-25 pounds up and down stairs repeatedlyMust have dexterous use of both handsThis is strenuous work requiring good corrected vision, hearing, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, reaching and liftingShould ideally be available for shifts between 7:30am to 5:30pm, Monday through Friday. Weekend work may be available if desiredMust have regular access to an insured vehicle for daily use to commute to job sitesCompensation: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
