• Coordinate appointments with the parts department for seamless service.
• Collect and process payments accurately following dealership guidelines.
• Follow up with guests, request feedback and conduct surveys within 24 hours.

• Customer service experience and passion for positive experiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented, able to juggle multiple tasks.
• Tech‑savvy.
