Description:
Allnorth is seeking skilled Commissioning Electricians to join our commissioning team on a project for a large industrial electrical construction project in Regina Saskatchewan.
This role involves:
Inspection, and verification of electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, motors, control panels, and lighting systems.Conduct continuity testing, insulation resistance testing, and loop checks to ensure electrical integrity.Perform megger tests, hipot tests, and grounding system verifications.Work with instrumentation and control teams to ensure proper integration of electrical and automation systems.Execute function tests of motor control circuits, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and power distribution.Ensure proper wiring, terminations, and cable management according to electrical drawings and standards.Provide electrical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis during start-up.Support power distribution systems, load balancing, and equipment energization.Assist in the testing and calibration of protective relays and circuit breakers.As a successful applicant, you will be part of a professional team committed to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.Key Details:
