Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer M1​/M2

* Airborne Energy Solutions Inc. is an aviation charter company that provides fixed wing and rotary wing transportation services and solutions for the oil, gas, forestry, and mining industries in Western Canada. AES is looking for Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineers for our Whitecourt Alberta operation. The Rotary Wing Aircraft Maintenance Engineer is responsible for maintaining company aircraft and related equipment, ensuring airworthiness and optimal operational performance.

The AME ensures all work completed meets Transport Canada’s, AES’s, aircraft manufacturers and applicable customers standards. The working conditions are Fixed hangar and field locations. The positions available are both Full-time, Permanent/ Contract / Rotation. Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and certifications held.

Required Qualifications:

· Valid Transport Canada AME M1/M2 Maintenance Engineer License

· Experience on Bell 206B, Robinson R44, Airbus AS350 (H125) Arriel 1+2 and LTS 101, Bell 204/205 T53 Engine, Bell 412, Blackhawk Sikorsky S-70A/L, UH-60 A/L (GE T700 Series)

· Valid class 5 driver’s license

· Flexible attitude

· Ability to work under pressure & tight deadlines

· Excellent team player

· A strong command of the English language, both verbal and written

· Good understanding of technical data

· Able to supervise apprentices
