Job Skills / Requirements
Take incoming radio, phone and in-person calls, document details and escalate to proper resourcesDispatch Security, Cleaning Services and Building Operators to calls as requiredDispatch security services to critical facility issues, including medical, fire, and disturbancesProvide detailed documentation of activity as called into the dispatch center into event logsDispatching for emergency situations (EPS, EMS, EFD)Monitor CCTV and provide support to Security Agents responding to callsOversee facility monitoring systems, and escalate when equipment signals an alarmCommunicate and provide regular updates by email distribution groups for all events on the propertyProvide key access through key control system for employees and contractorsProvide contractor sign in / sign out process; sign out equipment as needed to contractorsComplete reports and provide information related to a site owned security equipmentContact tenants for critical property concerns related to their tenant spaceObtain/file maintenance inspections and equipment audits from team membersQualifications:
Strong written and verbal communicationStrong interpersonal skills for contractor and customer interactionsComputer literacy with multiple computer software programsAbility to prioritize work tasksAble to display objectivity and sound judgementWillingness/Ability to learn and retain large amounts of informationPossess crisis management skills and work under stressful conditionsAbove-average observation skillsAbility to follow policy and procedureDependable and professional in all job functionsPrior experience in dispatching is an assetEducation Requirements (All)
High School Diploma/GED
