Role Responsibilities

6. Public Complaints:

  • Handle follow-up on public complaints, assessing compliance with relevant legislation and standards.
  • Develop and execute investigative plans for complaints, ensuring timely resolution and documentation.
  • 7. Incident Review:

  • Review duty to notify incidents submitted by operators to ensure compliance with accommodation standards.
  • Make referrals to other authorities as necessary based on findings.
  • 8. Licensing Process Support:

  • Assist new operators through the initial licensing process by reviewing applications and confirming compliance with legislation.
  • Liaise with funding bodies to gather relevant information and ensure proper licensing of accommodations.
