Edmonton hairstylists can apply beauty care expertise, hair analysis, and colouring skills in a permanent, full-time position at a physical location.
This Hairstylist position requires one to less than two years of experience and secondary school graduation. You will advise clients, assess hair and scalp conditions, and provide cuts, styling, colouring, and beard services. The position includes client appointments and supply management.
Key Responsibilities:- Advise clients on beauty care treatments and suitable hairstyles
- Analyze hair and scalp conditions before providing services
- Cut, trim, taper, curl, wave, perm, and style hair
- Apply bleach, tints, dyes, rinses, highlights, and streaks
- Book appointments and maintain or order supplies
- Secondary school graduation certificate
- One to less than two years of experience
- Client focus, reliability, flexibility, and sound judgement
- Efficient interpersonal skills and ability to work with others
- Ability to work onsite with extended standing periods
