On behalf of our client, Procom is searching for a Functional CRM Business Analyst for a 9-month role. This position is a hybrid position with 2 days onsite at our client’s Edmonton office.

We are seeking a highly skilled Functional CRM Business Analyst to support a transformative global Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM implementation. This project involves a full lifecycle CRM initiative across multiple regions and business units, focusing on enhancing customer engagement and operational efficiencies.

Functional CRM Business Analyst - Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between global business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on CRM objectives.

• Lead discovery workshops and requirements-gathering sessions to understand enterprise business needs, workflows, and integration points.

• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM.

• Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and project managers to deliver scalable, high-quality CRM solutions.

• Provide expert guidance on CRM best practices, data governance, and user adoption strategies across multiple regions.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to iterative solution delivery.

• Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful global rollout and adoption.

• Manage and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring expectations are met and project objectives are achieved.

Functional CRM Business Analyst - Mandatory

Skills:



• 10+ years of experience as a Functional Business Analyst or Functional Consultant within large, complex enterprise environments.

• Proven track record with end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, ideally on a global scale.

• Strong understanding of enterprise CRM processes such as sales, service, and customer engagement.

• Experience working directly with executive-level stakeholders in client-facing roles.

• Hands-on experience in Agile or hybrid project delivery models.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to translate complex business needs into functional solutions within enterprise architecture frameworks.

Functional CRM Business Analyst – Nice-to-Have

Skills:



• Microsoft Certified:
Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (Customer Engagement or Sales preferred).

• Additional Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Azure Fundamentals) are a strong asset.

Functional CRM Business Analyst – Assignment Length:
This position offers the potential for a long-term contract with the likelihood of extension, initially set for 9 months following the successful implementation.
