Position: Senior BA with strong requirements and documentation skills to support a major research system migration.

Our client has a requirement for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the migration from research administration systems into People Soft Grants and Contracts. This role focuses on requirements gathering, process design, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

8-month Contract to August

Must Have:

8+ years as a Business Analyst

Experience with data migration projects

Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation skills

Ability to work in a fast-moving, collaborative environment

Nice-to-Have:

People Soft FSCM/People Tools experience

Public-sector experience

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements

Maintain requirements traceability and support design reviews

Work closely with stakeholders across research, finance, and legal

Support solution design, transition-to-operations, and governance models

Review and validate reports and queries

Maintain project documentation and follow internal BA standards
