Position: Senior Project Manager to lead ServiceNow initiatives from process analysis through to ServiceNow implementation
Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead Service Now initiatives from process analysis through to Service Now implementation.
This is a hybrid role 3 days/week onsite in either Edmonton or Calgary.
Must Haves:
7+ years' experience as a Project Manager
, focused on delivering Service Now projectsExperience with S
erviceNow platform and modules such as ITSM, ITOM, Discovery, and HR, including experience with user acceptance testing (UAT) and secure solution integration.Proven experience in both waterfall, agile and iterative delivery practicesDemonstrated ability to guide organizations through major transformations while aligning business and technology teams to deliver high-impact resultsResponsibilities:
Lead high-visibility projects from planning through delivery, balancing scope, resources, risks, and timelines to achieve successful outcomes.Develop detailed project plans, including scope, forecast, objectives, timelines, resources, and deliverables.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project goals, and establish key performance indicators.Ensure successful implementation and integration Service Now solutions.Identify opportunities for process standardization and optimization and drive the implementation of best practices.Monitor project progress, manage the budget & forecast, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones and project deliverables.Communicate project status, updates, and outcomes to stakeholders at various levels of the organization.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members.Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project success, identify lessons learned, and ensure continuous improvement.
