Our client is seeking a Senior Enterprise Architect to lead the development and oversight of their comprehensive technology ecosystem. The role involves translating organizational needs into a cohesive technical vision, establishing standards, and guiding large‑scale transformation initiatives to ensure integrated, cost‑effective, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and evolve the Enterprise Architecture (EA) Frameworks to support organizational growth and modernization.
Align technology strategies with business objectives and operational requirements.
Assess current architecture and design target state solutions, identifying gaps and areas for improvement.
Lead and provide strategic guidance for large‑scale transformation projects, ensuring adherence to architecture principles.
Define, communicate, and enforce architecture standards, principles, and governance policies.
Evaluate emerging technologies, assess their applicability, and recommend adoption strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including data architects and engineers, to model business processes and system capabilities.
Manage risk, security, compliance, and privacy considerations within the enterprise architecture.
Provide technical leadership to solution architects and engineering teams, supporting architecture design and implementation.
Optimize costs and manage technical debt to promote sustainable and scalable technology solutions.
Work Experience
8+ years of experience leading cross‑functional agile teams, providing architectural direction and mentoring developers and leads.
5+ years of managing and maintaining Azure Red Hat Open Shift clusters.
8+ years of experience identifying requirements across multiple architecture domains—business, application, data, security, and privacy.
7+ years of documenting application architectures in enterprise environments of similar complexity to the client.
7+ years of planning, designing, implementing, and supporting platform solutions within large enterprise IT settings.
8+ years of experience leading, planning, estimating, and presenting technical ideas and solutions.
Nice to Have
5+ years of experience collaborating with data architects, engineers, and analysts to design cloud architecture and services.
5+ years of contributing to or developing enterprise application architecture standards and guidelines.
5+ years designing or maintaining enterprise Master Data Management (MDM) solutions.
5+ years developing solutions using am Charts framework in enterprise environments.
5+ years developing mobile solutions within large enterprise contexts.
5+ years of experience working with OWASP Top Ten Web Security Flaws and best practices.
