Our client has an immediate requirement for a Senior Success Factors HRIS Specialist with hands-on technical support to be responsible for the configuration, support, and optimization of the Success Factors platform.

5+ years of HRIS experience with a strong technical focus (configuration, reporting, security, testing)3+ years of hands-on Success Factors configuration experienceStrong experience with Employee Central and Recruiting & OnboardingExperience supporting system updates or enhancementsComfortable working directly with HR and IT teamsNice-to-Have:
Experience with SAP ECC integrations and troubleshootingExposure to Performance Management and Time Capture modulesSuccess Factors certificationsExperience with Dev Ops, Service Now, or similar ticketing toolsBackground in consulting, project delivery, or change managementResponsibilities:
Own day-to-day technical support and configuration of Success Factors (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding)Manage system changes, updates, testing, and deploymentsSupport integrations, reporting, security (RBP), workflows, and data loadsPartner with HR to translate business needs into system solutionsIdentify and resolve system issues; recommend improvements
