Description:
We are looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Service Now Developer to design, implement, and optimize solutions on the Service Now platform. This role requires hands-on development, problem-solving, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high-quality Service Now applications and integrations that meet business requirements.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Develop, configure, and customize Service Now modules, including ITSM, CSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD.
. Leverage Service Now's best practices in the applications mentioned above.
. Create and manage advanced scripts, workflows, Business Rules, and UI policies.
. Integrate Service Now with third-party systems and configure the imported data.
. Perform system upgrades, testing, and troubleshooting to ensure platform stability and performance.
. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into user stories.
. Provide mentorship to junior developers and assist in code reviews.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 6 – 10 years of hands-on experience as a Service Now Developer.
. Mandatory experience is required with CSM and Portal Skill.
Experience with ITSM, CRM, ITOM, SPM, or HRSD modules is an asset.
. Knowledge and experience in implementing new modules.
. Service Now certification in the modules mentioned above would be a strong asset.
. Proficiency in the Service Now platform's functionalities and capabilities
. Experience in building and maintaining integrations.
. Critical thinking in terms of requirement gathering, solution design, and automation design.
. Strong understanding of ITIL principles and Service Now best practices.
. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
