Senior Transformation Manager to stand up and execute enterprise PMO and M&A integration program

We are seeking a Senior Transformation Manager to lead the stand-up and execution of an enterprise PMO and support M&A integration and shared services transformation for a private-equity backed aviation services platform operating across Canada.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where the contractor will act as a single-point PMO lead
, working closely with executive stakeholders to translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans across Finance, IT, HR, Operations
, and other shared services. The environment is fast-paced and acquisition-driven, requiring someone comfortable operating independently while influencing senior leaders.

This engagement is expected to run two years and is well suited to a consultant with prior experience leading enterprise transformation and integration initiatives. This role is intentionally delivery-focused; candidates whose experience is primarily PMO governance or reporting will not be a fit.
