Overview:
The candidate is expected to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality written products in a timely manner. We are seeking a senior-level resource who can independently manage Jira solutioning and take full accountability for the platform’s ongoing expansion. The ideal candidate will work closely with system business owners to enhance and scale the system using both built-in tools and custom development as needed.
What you will be doing:
The successful candidate will be an accomplished self-starter with exceptional interpersonal communication skills (verbal, presentation, written) and who possesses a very strong capability to facilitate collaborative business decisions amongst business and IT stakeholders.
Must be extremely adept at quickly organizing information from multiple sources and rapidly producing succinct and accurate business documentation using predetermined methods and templates.
Excellence in the English language (written and verbal) is essential.
Work with the system business owners to enhance and expand the system, using the system’s built-in tools and extending it with code when needed.
Work with QA testers to test the changes and work with business owners during acceptance testing.
Deploy the tested changes to production following a deployment procedure
Update operational documentation of the system and create additional documentation
What you must have:
In-depth knowledge of all Atlassian tools
Atlassian certified- ITIL4 certified, ITSM, JSM, Incident Management, design, and consulting
A proven ability to architect and lead complex consulting projects
Goal-oriented and the ability to work well under pressure
A proven ability to build strong relationships with customers
Professional organizational and project management skills
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
