Position: Sr. Engagement Lead to orchestrate multi-POD automation delivery for UiPath and Mulesoft implementations
Overview:Our team is seeking a Senior Engagement Lead to oversee the end-to-end delivery of process automation initiatives using UiPath and Mulesoft platforms. This role will coordinate multiple PODs, ensure rapid mobilization of teams, and drive the delivery of 20+ automation use cases while establishing sustainable practices and knowledge transfer frameworks.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate 2-3 automation PODs with blended onshore/offshore teamsDrive rapid mobilization to deliver first production automation within 2-4 weeks of contract startManage stakeholder relationships with Automation Manager and executive sponsorsOversee the Advise-Build-Run lifecycle for each automation initiativeEstablish governance frameworks and reporting cadences for capacity-based engagementCoordinate knowledge transfer activities between vendor teams and client developersManage escalations and risk mitigation across all automation workstreamsEnsure PODs deliver 2-3 automations per month meeting quality standardsMust Haves:
8+ years leading multi-team automation or digital transformation engagementsExperience managing UiPath and/or Mulesoft implementation programsProven track record scaling from initial automations to 50+ bot environmentsExperience with capacity-based delivery models and flexible team scalingStrong background in airline, transportation, or logistics industriesExperience with Google Workspace and AWS cloud environmentsAbility to manage blended onshore/nearshore/offshore delivery teamsNice to Haves:
Knowledge of emerging automation technologies (LLMs, AI agents)Experience with Canadian aviation sectorPMP or Agile certificationsExperience in rapid POD mobilization and co-delivery models
