Must Have skills
- 7+ years experience in an Agile environment with-
- Oracle Cloud EBS 12.2 development and integration
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- HCM Fusion
- HCM Data Loader
- Experience with APEX custom development
- Exposure to HCM HR and Recruitment modules
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Estimate effort and duration for assigned tasks and deliverables
- Adhere to development standards and best practices throughout the software lifecycle
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, peers, and management
- Support production transition with documentation and deployment plans
- Contribute to smooth operational deployments and post-implementation support
