We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Commercial Team working from one of our offices located in the Alberta Prairie Region on a Permanent Full Time Basis.

Sell commercial insurance policiesDevelop and maintain a prospect listBuild and maintain excellent customer relationships, including visiting customer sitesKeep on top of market knowledge, products, and pricing issues and opportunitiesPrepare proposals, and arrange for account placement with the insurance carriersGather and document relevant information to ensure the customer receives the appropriate coverages and serviceMaintain good quality in the book of business by adhering to underwriting rules and good business practicesArrange payment terms for new business sales and the timely collection of paymentsSupport customers with the claims processThe Successful candidate will have:

High School and/or Post-Secondary EducationAIC Level I or 2 General Insurance License5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience5-7+ years industry, sales and or customer service experienceProficient in EPIC, MS Office
- Word, Excel, OutlookExcellent customer service skills and adept in conflict resolutionDemonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully;Strong analytical and organizational skills;Excellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to pass a criminal and credit check
