We are seeking a candidate with
* specific experience
* and
* interest in handling general litigation
* matters*,
* as well as
* property, personal injury,
* and
* other liability insured matters.
* The ideal candidate will possess:
* Current, active member in good standing with the Alberta Law Society
* Experience with insurance clients, reporting, conducting Questionings, and independent file load / management
* Solid oral and written advocacy skills and experience
* Clear and effective communication
* Commitment to managing work and client relationships
* Commitment to working with our team and to building strong internal and external relationships
* Court experience
This individual will be
* enthusiastic about being engaged in active, hands-on litigation
