Purpose of the position
The position will:
Provide site service to patrons, colleagues and supervisors.Encourage source separation of materials prior to entry to the designated site.Encourage waste reduction by reducing, reusing, recycling and/or repurposing of materials.Track and record all loads/materials entering the site.Other related duties as assigned.Want to be a part of our County team?
To be successful in this position, you will:
Hold a grade 12 or equivalent.3 to 5 years related labourer experience.Valid transfer site certificate required or willing to obtain once eligible.Valid Certificate in Household Hazardous Waste Disposal or willing to obtain, once eligible.Have basic equipment operation skills.Have good conflict resolution skills.Be well-developed in customer service and public relations skills.Hold basic computer skillsHold a class 5 driver's license.Ability to lift and move 50+ lbsPosition Details:
Hours:
As required basis. Flexible schedule required. Eight (8) hour shifts between Monday to Saturday.Hourly wage: to employees receive an all access pass to the Bold Centre Multiplex and Pool.If this sounds like you, please proceed with your application!
