We are hiring for a Full-Time Sourdough Baker position with a wage range of $18.00 - $25.00 at our location in Stony Plain, AB.

• Measure, mix, scale, knead, hand‑shape, and score bread
• Bake traditional bread and bakery products
• Operate bakery equipment (i.e., commercial mixers, rack ovens, proofer, bread slicer)
• Adhere to quality, cleanliness, and merchandising standards
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area
• Properly store food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
• Handle customer customer service inquiries and provide an exceptional customer experience

• Knowledge of the basic principles of bakery preparation, various baking methods, and food safety regulations
• Experience with pre‑ferments, levain, poolish, sponge
• Comfortable working early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• A passion for providing an exceptional customer experience
• Ability to thrive and work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Most importantly, the willingness and enthusiasm for continuous learning and development.
