Description
We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to play a leading role in the success of the store by supporting the Store Manager in leading, coaching, and developing our team of Sales Associates to achieve all sales, customer service, and operational targets.
Candidates should have proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast‑paced retail environment. If you are an ambitious self‑starter with a flair for retail and a passion for coaching others, this could be the perfect role for you.

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching and mentoring to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience with retail point‑of‑sale software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to provide proof of right to live and work in Canada if invited to interview
Pay Range
Anticipated Base Salary Range: $45,300.00 to $68,000.00 (based on qualifications, skills, experience and/or budget), based on a 40‑hour work week (range to be scaled accordingly). In addition, the company offers a variety of benefits to eligible employees, including health insurance coverage, wellness and family support programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings plans, education‑related programs, paid holidays and vacation time, and highly competitive incentive compensation programs.
Commission/bonus plan details will be provided as part of onboarding.
