Base pay range: $60,200.00/yr - $86,500.00/yr

We welcome candidates with retail experience who can autonomously grow a business, lead a team, and engage with communities.
Responsibilities- Grow a successful, multi-million dollar business by driving sales using business acumen, efficiency and problem solving.
- Nurture talent and lead a team by engaging the hearts and minds of the team and developing their skills to realize their personal best and build thriving teams.
- Inspire others by serving as a dynamic brand ambassador and driving results through your team.
- Integrate the business with the community to create better moments for partners (employees), customers, communities and the planet.
- 3 years retail / customer service management experience.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales focused environment.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coaching and mentor team partners with professional maturity.
- Minimum High School or GED.
- Legal documentation establishing identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country of application.
- Ability to work full time (often in excess of 40 hours per week) including early mornings, evenings, weekends and/ or holidays.
