Provide a high level of customer service in a challenging and dynamic environmentMonitor site visitors, cameras, and alarm systems to ensure safety and access in accordance with site policies and proceduresRespond professionally to site emergencies (alarms, medical emergencies, fires and other urgent matters)Prevent theft, violence or infraction of rules and regulationsPrepare and maintain professional and effective reports regarding the activities, security violations, and hazardous occurrences on siteEffectively communicate all suspicious activities, concerns, issues, and events to our dispatch team on behalf of the clientRequirements:
A Valid Security license is considered an asset
Must have a flexible schedule (days, evenings, nights, weekends)Must be bondableExcellent verbal and written communication skills including working on a computerSpeak, read and write English fluentlyHave reliable transportationEducation Requirements (All)
High School Diploma/GED
