Responsibilities for Tactical Security Guard
Maintain a strong security presence and act as a deterrent to criminal activity
Conduct proactive patrols inside and outside the mall or hospital to ensure the safety of tenants, employees, and customers
Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergency situations in a professional and tactical manner
Assist with crowd control and crisis management as needed
Enforce mall policies, trespassing regulations, and applicable laws
Prepare detailed reports on security incidents and daily activities
Collaborate with mall management, law enforcement, and emergency services when necessary
Qualifications for Tactical Security Guard
Valid Alberta Security License
Experience in security, law enforcement, or military is an asset
Ability to handle high-pressure situations
Excellent observational and decision-making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
