Securiguard is currently looking for Part-Time Luxury Retail Security Concierge - Edmonton, to represent a high-end retail brand and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This position is ideal for individuals with strong customer service, hospitality, and professional security presence. You will serve as the first point of contact for guests, maintain a safe environment, support store operations, and uphold the premium standards of the brand.

Job Skills/Requirements
Guest Experience & Customer Service
Greet and welcome all guests entering the store, providing a high-end hospitality experience.
Control entry and manage guest flow to ensure an organized and safe shopping environment.
Assist customers with general inquiries and provide exceptional service at all times.
Security & Store Operations
Conduct regular walk-arounds inside the store as directed by the Manager on Duty.
Support store staff during high-volume periods and assist with queue management.
Monitor for suspicious behaviour, theft indicators, or safety concerns and report promptly.
Communicate effectively with store management and security team members regarding incidents or customer issues.
Reporting & Compliance
Complete accurate daily reports, incident logs, or observations as required.
Follow all site procedures, brand standards, and safety protocols.
Maintain strong professional conduct, appearance, and etiquette consistent with luxury retail expectations.
Requirements:
- Alberta Security License is a must
- First Aid/CPR
- WHIMS
- Experience working in luxury retail, upscale hotels, or high-end customer environments is an asset.
- Strong communication skills and professional presence.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform walk-arounds as required.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with high guest interaction.
