We are seeking a talented individual to join our Enterprise team at Marsh Commercial. This role will be based in Egham
. It is a hybrid role that requires at least four days a week in the office.
The position offers an exciting opportunity to work as a Client Advisor within our Enterprise Centre of Excellence. You will service both new and existing clients with a range of commercial insurance products, and may have experience in either personal lines or commercial insurance.
Training, induction and the possibility to attain chartered insurance qualifications will be provided.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent client service on all aspects of account management, ensuring client needs are identified and met in line with agreed service standards.
- Ensure timely completion of all set tasks, maintaining client satisfaction at all times.
- Demonstrate adaptability when required to support colleagues with business‑critical tasks.
- Develop meaningful working relationships with insurer partners through regular contact and liaison to better serve our clients.
- Through training, coaching and mentoring gain a thorough understanding of all major classes of insurance and stay abreast of new technical and product developments.
- Ideally, a minimum of 1 year’s experience within insurance, from either personal lines or commercial insurance.
- Strong literacy, numeracy, administration and communication skills, demonstrated via qualifications/grades.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly when required.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple enquiries simultaneously.
- Experience utilising the Microsoft Office suite and similar products.
