Customer Solution Specialist - France

This position is based at our HQ in Eindhoven with a hybrid work model: at least 2-3 days a week in the office.

What you will do in this role

You will transform our customers into digital experts through your knowledge, enabling them to operate independently in the future. Your role is to support and inform customers, helping them make informed decisions regarding their shipments within our top-rated shipping tool.

As a versatile Customer Support team member at Sendcloud, you will provide professional assistance and consulting to our B2B customers, devising solutions to improve their experience. Your responsibilities include managing webcare, inbound calls, chats, and tickets via Zendesk, and addressing questions related to software, shipments, and other customer issues.

Our ideal candidate

• Has a passion for Customer Support: is a good listener, helpful, advising, and solution-oriented
• Excellent communication skills in French and English, both written and spoken
• Proficient in multitasking with a proactive and commercial mindset
• Previous Customer Support experience is advantageous
• Knowledge of online products, e-commerce, or SaaS is a plus
• Wants to grow with Sendcloud and is available full-time (40 hours/week)
• Workday: 8:45 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
