Marketing Specialist Esports

Overview

We’re looking for a dynamic and knowledgeable Esports Product Marketing Specialist to join our Esports Business Management Team. This role focuses on executing marketing strategies and engaging with esports communities to strengthen our brand presence within the esports ecosystem.

• Monitor and analyse esports market trends, player behaviours and preferences in Europe.
• Develop and execute go-to-market plan that resonates with esports audiences and adapts to different European markets.
• Collect insights and feedback from content creators, pro players and community to ensure the product meets the needs of the target audience.
• Develop online and offline promotional events to engage with esports community.
• Identify, engage and manage relationships with influencers, content creators, streamers and professional players across Europe.
• Occasional travels for tournaments.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing or digital marketing; preferably in esports, gaming or entertainment industry in Europe.
• Passionate gamer with a strong interest in titles like Valorant, CS2, Fortnite.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns in fast-paced environments.
• Data-driven and have an analytical mindset, and able to measure effectiveness, gain insights and analyse performance.
• Professional that can communicate in English and Mandarin.

• Familiarity with esports ecosystem, audience, community, game titles, teams, tournaments.
• Creativity in content and campaign designs.
