As a Supply Chain Governance Leader at NTS, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and driving a unified global supply chain governance framework across all NTS sites. You ensure alignment, transparency, and disciplined application of standards across planning, buying, logistics, warehousing, inventory management, and digital systems. You act as the global process owner for supply chain governance and support the maturity and capability growth of each site.

You will bring expertise, structure and leadership to a rapidly advancing high‑tech environment.

• Develop, maintain, and own the global supply chain governance framework and standards.
• Harmonize supply chain processes, SOPs, and terminology across all NTS sites.
• Define global KPIs, dashboards, reporting structures and facilitate performance reviews.
• Establish supply chain risk‑management and business continuity frameworks.
• Govern digital systems usage (ERP/MRP), master data quality, planning parameters, and workflow standards.
• Train, coach and support site teams to embed maturity, compliance, and continuous improvement.
• Drive capability‑building initiatives for supply chain professionals across regions.

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, Operations, Industrial Engineering or similar.
• Strong expertise in ERP/MRP systems and master‑data governance (Business Central preferred).
• 12+ years of overall experience with proven experience in supply chain governance, process ownership, operational excellence, or transformation roles.
• 5+ years’ experience in high‑tech, precision engineering or complex manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, structural and process‑design capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder‑management and influencing skills, including cross‑site collaboration without direct authority.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and documentation abilities.
