Als Store Medewerker bij Swatch Store adviseer je onze (internationale) klanten bij de aanschaf van hun horloge en. Als ambassadeur en adviseur van Swatch ben je hét visitekaartje voor onze winkel. Daarnaast ben je het aanspreekpunt op het gebied van customer services, reparaties en after sales.
Voor jou staat de klant centraal. Door je enthousiasme en charmante manier van klantbenadering weet jij een zeer hoge graad van klanttevredenheid te behalen. Tevreden klanten, dat is waar je het voor doet.
