The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for providing daily operational and administrative support to Account Managers, including shipment documentation, tracking updates, and pickup and delivery scheduling. This role coordinates with internal teams to ensure efficient operations, timely service, and customer satisfaction while reporting directly to the Customer Success Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Provide daily operational and administrative support to assigned Account Managers to ensure efficient execution of customer shipments.
• Accurately document, maintain, and update shipment information in company systems.
• Perform proactive track and trace activities to monitor shipment progress and maintain accurate, up-to-date shipment statuses.
• Identify shipment delays, missed appointments, and other potential service issues, promptly escalating them to the assigned Account Manager.
• Schedule and confirm pickup and delivery appointments in accordance with customer requirements and operational guidelines.
• Monitor and process appointment updates received through Electronic Data interchange (EDI), customer portals, and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with Operations, Planning, Order Entry, and other internal departments to obtain shipment updates and support daily operational activities.
• Assist with routine customer communications related to shipment statuses, appointments, and operational updates, as directed by the Account Manager.
• Support additional administrative and operational tasks as assigned by the Customer Success Manager.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.
• Basic knowledge of motor carrier operations and geography.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment and maintain strong attention to detail
• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Physical Demands:

• While performing the duties of this job, the employer is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, talk, or listen.
• The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms, climb or balance, lift overhead; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
• This position requires frequent manual dexterity in combination with eye/hand coordination such as keyboarding.
• Will have repetitive hand motions and prolonged periods of sitting.

Work Environment:

• Mostly indoor office environment.
• Employee must use computer, telephone, and other office equipment to perform duties.
• The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
