Night Audit​/Front Desk Associate

We are seeking a dependable Night Audit/Front Desk Associate to join our team in El Paso, TX. The ideal candidate will have open availability to work required shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. This role requires excellent customer service skills, reliable transportation, and a willingness to learn new tasks and procedures.

• Perform night audit duties including balancing daily accounts and preparing reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests checking in and out during night shifts.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure the front desk area is organized and welcoming.
• Assist with other front desk duties as needed.

• Customer service experience is required.
