As a Day Shift Nurse at Avir at Pebble Creek, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will work closely with our medical staff to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.

• Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments as ordered by our medical staff
• Collaborate with our interdisciplinary healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans for each resident
• Monitor and document patient progress, reporting any changes or concerns to our medical staff
• Assist with resident transfers, admissions, and discharges, ensuring a smooth transition for our patients and their families
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, adhering to all relevant policies and procedures
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities for growth and implementing changes to improve patient care
