* About the Role
* We are looking to recruit a
* qualified MOT Tester / Service & Maintenance Technician
* to join our growing Aftersales team. This is an excellent opportunity to become a key member of our technical department, working with modern vehicle technologies including Hybrid and BEV models.

Key Responsibilities

* Carry out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs

* Conduct MOT testing to the highest standards

* Ensure quality repairs and first-time fixes for customers

* Provide feedback and resolutions via manufacturer technical platforms

* Continuously develop technical knowledge, including EV and Hybrid technologies

* Lead by example, demonstrating best practice to colleagues

* Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment

What We’re Looking For

* NVQ Level qualification in Motor Vehicle Technology (IMI or City & Guilds)

* MOT Tester qualification *(essential)
* * A/C qualification *(preferred)
* * Franchise experience desirable but not essential

* EV/Hybrid training advantageous (full training can be provided)

* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

* A passion for learning and sharing knowledge within the team
