AMBAC International is hiring a Entry-Level CNC Machinist / Grinder to support our power and engine systems manufacturing. This is a great opportunity to build your career alongside experienced machinists in a supportive, structured environment. You’ll gain practical experience with CNC mills, lathes, and grinders while learning the standards and processes that keep production running smoothly.

• Assist with setup and operation of CNC mills, lathes, and /OD grinders
• Learn to follow programs and process instructions with guidance
• Use measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.) to inspect parts
• Follow standard procedures to support consistent, high-quality output
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Work closely with supervisors and team leads to meet production goals

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of CNC or manufacturing coursework preferred
• Basic shop math and mechanical aptitude
• Willingness to follow instructions and learn step-by-step
• Interest in manufacturing, machining, or quality processes
• Dependable, steady work habits and good communication with teammates
